Deleting a file and re-deleting it from the Recycling Bin does vanish it from the computer. This investigators are smarter than those idiots in the district. They will find every document the exist and or existed. They could even pick up a file that was deleted ten years ago. Maybe now the community will become more involved and start questioning why the district does not provide the teachers the required books and materials to teach. Instead of pointing fingers, we should be thinking about the students. I mean we shouldn't let any of these drama affect our teaching. If the district is in chaos we need to reassure the students that if they can't count on the district, they can still count on us. They need us now more than ever and if we need to go out of our way to provide them the best education, we will. We need to let them know that we will be there for them, no matter what. This is no time for pointing fingers, this is time to make magic with whatever we have and provide students with a safe learning environment. After all,isn't that why we became teachers? At least that's why I did to make help students overcome DIVERSITY and provide them with the tools necessary to be come good citizens.

Lynwood has a dysfunctional hush hush culture. It's all about getting paid without working. There is corruption at nearly every level. Back in the 90's when they had class sized reduction, they had to hire anybody with a heartbeat. Now the district is stuck with incompetent teachers and administrators. There have been rumors for years about stealing money left and right. The board is also in it. Rumors are that Dr. Lal helped paid the rent for one of the board members' office. Dr. Lal brought relatives and gave them jobs at the district. He even gave a job to Sally Seko who supposedly was his lover. Didn't Dr. Lal buy used computers from a friend for several million dollars and those computers are so old and useless that they are in storage? Lots of things were bought and never made it to the classrooms. I am still waiting for markers and paper for my students. We teachers have to buy our own markers and we don’t get any extra materials for the classrooms. We are told that the district is broke and there is no money. Even when the district had a surplus of 20 million dollars, it was hard to get materials for the classroom!! Dr. Lal gave jobs as principals to his friends Silverio and Mazon, and they are bad principals. Mazon is still at Lynwood High.. All board members should resign

The DA should check the books to see the expeditures of the Assistant Supt of Curriculum and Instruction, the Fed and State budget, the outrageous printing costs, the outrageous costs for Kaplan,food expenditures, tech support and equipment, and the operating costs of personnel, the manufactured costs of operations of all school sites. The corruption and misapporpriation of funds has run rampant for the last decade. This largely Hispanic community deserves to have the top administrators fired and not be paid. Teachers are always forced to take the short end of the stick.
