Poizner, the state's insurance commissioner, will discuss his support for Proposition 13, the landmark 1978 property tax limitation measure, and his plans to end illegal immigration and to revitalize the California economy through tax cuts for every business and individual in the state, according to Bettina Inclan, his campaign's press secretary.

The rally will be hosted by the Pasadena Patriots group, a local branch of the national Tea Party movement.
