Ragin' Bulls win in a rout

The Carson Ragin’ Bulls minor league football team made their franchise home debut by routing the Southern California Apaches, 41-0 at Cerritos College.

Brandon Brooks had a perfect quarterback rating of 158.3 by throwing for 291 yards and five touchdowns, including two to Thyron Lewis (three catches, 96 yards). Dwayne Sanders caught six for 110 yards and a score.

Randy Gaither led the ground game with 89 yards and a TD on seven carries.

Herb Cash set the tone with an early interception.

The Bulls host the Central Coast Seminoles Saturday at Cerritos College.
