Rosa Parks Day in California

Rosa Parks was born from the red clay dirt of Alabama in the rural Black Belt of the South.

She was raised in a Black Farm community and home schooled in her early years.

Rosa went back to school as an adult to obtain her High School diploma and went on to change the world.

Today, we need the faith and courage of Rosa Parks to be the change we supported over the years.

The 10th Anniversary of Rosa Parks Day in California is time to recall the early solidarity of the Montgomery Bus Boycott and come together to assist Black Farmers in California provide "Healthy Solutions."

Thursday, February 4, 2010 is Rosa Parks 97th birthday party and Monday, February 8, 2010 is the 10th Anniversary, Rosa Parks Day in California, Room 126, California State Capitol, Sacrmento.

Next year we will travel to Los Angeles to celebrate with MTA the job creation, career development and sustainable communities possible with strong public transportation.
